On recommendation of Snot. Mou~hton and Water Plant En~neer Abrahams, the
Commlsslon newt authorized the transfer of O.R. Smlth from the Street Demartment to the
Water Deoartment to fi!! the vacancy created by the resl~natlon of Mr. Stiles, at

all tax liens for years 1926 thru 1932 against a certain tract of land in St. Joseoh's
Addition, which was owned by him at that time, claiming that this orooerty did not
receive any municloal benefits while it was !nsl~e the City !~mits and that there was
no just~fication for making the tax levies. The aforesaid orooerty was excluded from the
coroorate limits nf the City in 1933.
