J.H.Tillis next aooeared before the Board with reference to the orooerty leased
to him by the City for the ournose of establishing and ooeratlng a trailer camo thereon,
stating that a carry i~ interested in nurchssing the Imorovementa he has olaced on the
orooerty and w~ll comolete the construction and ooerate it as a trailer camo,
orovided the City will transfer the lease to this carry. Said oronerty being described as
all of Block 6, A, B; Russell's Addition to Fort Reed.
Thereuoon Commissioner Hi,gins moved that the City transfer the lease granted J.H.Till
on the aforesaid Drooerty to the nrosnectlve ourchaser, orovided it is a resoonsible ~erson
who will maintain and acetate, a trailer camo in accordance with the terms of the lease
agreement.
Seconded by Commissioner Gut and carried.
Reoort of the third fall analysis of milk being furnished by all dairies ooerating in
the City of Sanford, as oreoared by Dr. J.L.Ruble's Laboratories of Orlando, next oresented,
such reoort show~ng all such milk well within the requirements of Grade "A" milk.

Thereupon after careful consideration, and in view of the fact that Miss Waddell
wes not aware of the burst in the pipe line because it occurred while she was out of
town, and also in view of her inability ~o pay this .excessive water bill becau~e of
her financial curcumstances, Commizsioner Higgtns moved that the Clerk be authorized
to adjust her October water bill in amount of $28.31 to the amount of her average
monthly bill. Seconded by Commissioner Lodge and carried.

Commission.
Application next received from D.C.Brock to purchase Lot ? Block ? Tier C, E R
Trafford's Map , at a price of $250.00, subject to City taxes for year 19~2 and all
unPaid State end County taxes, thi~ property having been acquired by the City thru
foreclosure of tax liens.
Thereupon after careful consider~tion, Commissioner Higgins moved the sale of the
the Aforesaid property to D.C.Brock at e price of $250.00, su0ject to City taxes
year 19~2 and all unpaid State and County taxes.
Seconded by Commissioner Bishop and carried.
Communication next read from Mrs Alice W.McCaslin, Chairman of the local Young
People's Club, zequesting the City to enclose the south end of the recreation
building being used and operated by sai~ club, and also requesting that the City
reimburse Mrs Ruth Gordon Wright, manager of the club for expenses in amount of $15.50
incurred Oy her for miscellaneous repairs to said building.
Thereupon on motion duly adopted, the Clerk was authorized to reimburse Mrs.
Wright the sum of $1~.50 for expenses incurred for repairs to the recreation buildihg,
and Supt. Moughton was instructed to prepare an estimate of the cost of enclosing the
south end of said building for further consiCeration oy the Board.
Request next received from Miss Charlotte Smith for an adjustment of the assessed
valuation in amount of $23~0.00 for years 1934 thru 1937 against Lot i Block 8 Tier 3,
E.R.Trafford's ~ap, claiming that the assessments were too high.
Thereupon after careful comparison of the assessed valuation of this property with
similar properties similarly located, and on motion duly carried the Commission
authorized the assessed valuation reduced to $2,000.00 for years 193~ thru 1~37, which
is the assessed valutation placed on the aforesaid property for 193~ and subsequent year
Communication next read from Municipal Judge ~iller recommending the parole of
Welter Jackson, convicted in the Municipal Court under date of ~arch 2,19~2, for drunkenn
disorderly conduct, and assault, comprising cases ~K-2~127/30, and on July
for assault , case #k-296~O, carrying a sentence totalling 300 dsys.
Thereupon Commissioner Bishop moved that the parole of ~alter Jackson be granted
in accordance with recommendations of Judge Miller.
Seconded by Commissioner Gut end carried.
