Meeting celled to order by the Chairman who announced that the purpose of the meet-
ing wes to make an inspection and appraisal of t~e improved properties acquired by the
City t~ru foreclosure of taxes end/or special assessment liens ~or the purpose of
establishing e sales price thereon.
The Commission t~en adjourned lm a body to inspect end appraise the aforesaid
properties, after which the meeting adjourned until 2:00 P.M. November 27, 19~2.
