MINUTES The City Commission of the City of Sanford, Florida, met in regular session at the City Hall in the City of Sanford, Florida, at 7:30 o'clock P.~t. The City Commission of the City of Sanford, Florida, met in Special Session at the City Hall in the City of Sanford, Florida at 12:O0 o'clock Noon, December 5, 1945, for the purpose of canvassing the election returns of the General ~tunicipal Election held December 4, 1945. Present: Commissioner Edward Higgins, Mayor. " Geo. D. Bishop " H. James Gut " W.C. Hill " ~. J. Lodge. City Attorney Fred R.~ilson City Clerk H.N.S~yer ~!eeting called to order by the Chairman. Thereupon the Commission proceeded to canvass the returns of the General $!unicipal Election held on December ~, 1945, for the purpose of electing two City Commissioners for terms of three years each, commencing the first Tuesday after the first l~londay in January , 19~, as made by the Clerk and Inspectors of said election; said returns being as follows: FOR CITY CO.~.~,!ISSIONER -GROUP NO. i For Robert A .
