Mr H J Lehman, Manager of the State Farmers' Market, next appeared and protested against'the excessive water bills of the Market for the past three months. The Clerk then explained to the Commission that there are several water consumers at the State Market having separate meters installed in the market's water lines and registering thru the master meter, and after deducting the total comsumption of water of these small meters from the master meter's consumption, the State Market assumed the bal- ance; stating that the meter reader and service man had tested all meters, including the master meter and reported each registering correctly, and had also assisted Mr. Lehman in trying to locate a possible water leak. Thereupon after considerable discussion, the Clerk was authorized to install a separate water line into the market property and connect the meters of all the other water consumers thereto, so as to eliminate these services from registering thru the Market's meter.
