The City Commission of the City of Sanford, Florlds, met in adjourned session
at the City Hall in the City of Sanford, Florida at 1:30 o'clock P.M. May l, 1950.
Present: Commissioner Andrew Carraway, Mayor.

George D.Bishop, W.A.Leffler, and Frank Shames, members of Board of
Bond Trustees.
Absent: Commissioner Randall Chase.
Meeting called to order by the Chairman who announced that the purpose of the
meeting was to confer with the Board of Bond Trustees relative to retirement of Bonds
from funds on hand in Sinking Fund.
Mr. Leffler , Chairman of Board of Bond Trustees, then reported on amount of
funds on hand in Sinking Fund for the purpose of retiring bonds and advised of advance
in price from $500.00 to $675.00 on the Refundir~ Series "A" Bonds during past year.
After analyzing the value of the bonds at current price by comparison of gross
yield with other securities, it was the opinion of the Commission and Board of Bond
Trustees that there would not be a depreciable change in market value, and t~at it
