December 24,1951
City Hall in the City of Sanford, Florida, at 8:00 o'clock P.M./but due to lack of a quorum
immediately adjourned until 8:00 o'clock P.M. January 8, 1952.

On motion duly carried, minutes of regular meeting of December 15, and adjourned meet-
lng of December 17, 1951, approved.
Commissioner Chase next introduced Resolution No. 800, and after being read in full,
moved its passage and adoption.
Seconded by Commissioner Carraway and carried by the following vote of the Commission:

Said Resolution No. 800 being in words and figures as follows:
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA,
APPROVING CONVEYANCE TO THE BTATE OF FLORIDA, SUBJECT TO SPECIFIED
CONDITIONS OF CERTAIN RE'i, PROPERTY IN TOWNSHIP TWENTY (20) SOUTH
RANGE THIRTY-ONE (31) EAST, FOR ROAD PURPOSES, AND AUTHORIZING, AP-
PROVING, AND CONFIRMING DEED HERETOFORE EXECUTED BY THE MAYOR AND
CLERK TO EFFECTUATE SUCH CONVEYANCE.
WtlEREAS request has been made by the State Road Deua rtment of the State of Florida
for conveyance by the City of Sanfo~, Florida, to the State of Florida, for road ourposes,
of the real property hereinafter described owned by said City;
AND WHEREAS s.aid City is agreeable to conveyance of said orooerty for such purpose, sub-

NOW, THEHEFOHE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Commission of the City of Sanford, Florida,
that conveyance is hereby approved by the City of Sanfor~, Florida, to the State of Florida,
for the use and benefit of the State Road Deoartment of Florida, of the property situate in
Seminole County, Floride, described as
The North seventy-seven (77) feet of the West 500
feet of the NW~ of NW~ of Section 4; the North
seventy-seven (77) feet of Section 5; the North
seventy-seven (77) feet of that part of Section
6 lying East of the centerllne of Mel]onvi]le Ave-
nue. (Less the existing right-of-way of State
Road No. 46). Ali being in Township 20 South,
