Apolication next received from G. H. Sykes, sub-leases of Motors Inn Service Station at southwest corner of Seminole Boulevard and French Avenue, for permit to construct a room, size 6' ~ 23' of metal construction with concrete floor, on rear of main building. This property owned by the City and leased to Shell Oil Company.
