The City Commission of the City of Sanford, Florida, met in Special Session at the City
Hall in the City of Sanford, Florida, at 12:00 o'clock Noon, November 9, 1960, for the purpose
of canvassing the Electio~ Returns of the Municipal General Election held November 8, 1960.

The Commission then proceeded to canvass the returns of the Municipal General Election
held on November 8, 1960, for the purpose of.electing two City Commissioners for terms of three
years each, commencing on the first Tuesday after the first Monday in January, 1961; said return~
as made by the Clerks and Inspectors being as follows:

Commissioner; Brown then moved that the returns of the Clerks and Inspectors of the
Municipal General Election held November 8, 1960, be accepted. Seconded by Commissioner Crapps
and carried.
Thereupon A. L. Wilson and Tom McDonald were certified as the duly elected City Com-
missioners of the City of Sanford, Florida, for three year terms each commencing with the
first Monday in January, 1961.
On motion of Commissioner Wilson, seconded by Commissioner Baker and carried, payment of
$1.00 per hour to the Clerks and Inspectors of the aforesaid election was next authorized.
There being no further business the meeting adjourned.
