The City Commission of the City of Sanford, Florida, met in Special called Session at
the City Hall in the City of Sanford, Florida, at 10:00 o'clock A.M. on Decerr~ber 28, 1960.
Present:

City Clerk H. N. Tamm, Jr.
Absent: Police Chief R. G. Williams
On motion of Commissioner Crapps, seconded by Commissioner Wilson and unanimously
carried, the Commission approved the waiver of the requirement of 25 hours written notice.
On motion of Commissioner Crapps, seconded by CommiSsioner Wilson and carried, Attorney
Kenneth W. Mclntosh was appointed as Municipal Judge, to be effective January 1, 1961.
There being no further business the meeting adjourned.
