The City Commission of the,City of Sanford, Florida, met in special called session at
the City Hall ~ the City of Sanford, Florida, at 9:00 o'clock P. M. on May 15, 1961.
Present:
Commissioner Joe B. Baker, Mayor

The meeting was called to order by the Chairman.
On motion of Commissioner McDonald, seconded by Commissioner Higginbotham and unanimously
carried, the Commission approved the waiver of the requirement of the 24 hour written notice.
Consideration next given to the presentations given by interested parties in the proposed
local Urban Renewal Bill, with a project referendum provision.
After discussion, moved by Commissioner McDonald to notify the Legislative Delegation
that the City commission recommends their support of the aforesaid bill. Seconded by Com-
missioner Higginbotham and carried upon roll call vote as follows:
