The City Commission of the City of Sanford, Florida, met in special session at the
City Hall in the City of Sanford, Florida~ ~t~ ll:00 b'clock A. M. on November 17, 1961.

Commissioner Joe B. Baker, Mayor

City Manager W. E. Knowles
City Clerk H. N. Tamm, Jr.
Deputy Clerk Rosa M. Rotundo
Police Chief R. G. Williams
Absent:
Commissioner Thomas S. McDonald

City Attorney Wm. C. Hutchison, Jr.
The meeting was called to order by the' Chairman, who announced that the meeting was
called to give further considertaion to the purchase of motor vehicles.
Representatives from several of the motor vehicle suppliers were present, however,
due to the absence of two of the City CommissiOners, Commissioner Wilson moved to adjourn the
meeting until 10:00 A.M. November '22, 1961.
Seconded by Commissioner Crapps and carried.
