The City Commission of the City of sanford, Florida, met in Special Session at
the CitY Hall in the city of San£ord, P!orida, at 8:00 ~'clock P. N. on AugUst 20, 1962.

The meeting was called to order by the Chairmmn.
The Commission proceeded into a study of the proposed 1962-65 budget.
Consideration was given to the expense of operating an~ maintaining the Nunicipai
Athletic Field. and on motion of Commissioner NcDonald, seconded by Commissioner Baker
and carried, the Commission authorized that the admission tax as provided, by Sec 23-22
of the City Charter wouId be collected on all general admission tickets·
After discussion, the Commission next authorized payment o£ ~5,300.00 to Leedy,
Wheeler, and a!leman for services rendered in connection with authorization, issuance,
sale, and delivery of ~200,000.00 Water and Sewer Revenue Certi£icate of 1962, to
finance the Sewage Disposal Plmnt.
There being no further business the meeting adjourned.
