The City Commission of the City of Sanford~ Florida, met in special session at the
City Hall in the City of Sanford, Florida, at 12:00 o'clock Noon, November 7, 1962, for
the purpose of canvassing the Election Returns of the Municipal General Election held
November 6, 1962.

The Commission then proceeded to canvass the returns of the Municipal General Election
held on November 6, 1962, for the purpose of electing two City Commissioners for terms of
three years each, commencing on the first Tuesday after the first Monday in January, 1963,
said returns as made by the Clerks and Inspectors being as follows:

ComMissioner Wilson then moved that the returns of the Clerks and Inspectors of the
municipal General Election held November 6, 1962, be accepted and the absentee ballots be
approved as recorded. Seconded by Commissioner Baker and carried.
Thereupon J. H. Crapps and M. L. Raborn, Jr. were certified as the duly elected.

mencing with the first Tuesday after the First Monday in January, 1963.
