Request next Submitted by Grady Scott, 713 West 9th Street, for permit for sale of beer and wine 'for consumption off premises, and on mo~%on of Commissioner McDonald, seconded by Commissioner Baker and carried, same was approved om the recommendation of the Chief of loolice. Statement from Florida League of Municipalities for dues for 1963 in the amount of ~500.00 next submitted, and after discussion, Commissioner Higginbotham moved to pay ~00.00, the same as 1962 dues, and to request a full explanation ~f considered increases. Seconded by Commissionem Baker and carried. Commissioner Baker next introduced Resolution No. 969, and after being read in full moved its passage and. adoption. Seconded by Commissioner McDonald and carried. Said Resolution No. 969 being in words and figures as follows: A RESOLUTION O~ THE CITY COMMISSION O~ THE CITY OF SANFORD~ FLORIDA ESTABLISHING DEPOSITORIES FOR CITY FUNDS DURING THE YEAR 1962-1963. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF SANFORD~ FLORIDA, that THE SAhTORD ATLANTIC NATIONAL BANK and ~LORIDA STATE BANK O~ SANFORD, be and they are hereby declared to be depositories for City funds for the year 1962-1963, pursuant to requirement of the City Charter. BE IT ~URTHER RESOLVED that a copy of this Resolution shall be delivered to the loresident of each of said institutions and that the same be,spread upon the minutes of the City Commission. Request next submitted from Sanford Male Chorus for free use of the Civic Center January 28, 1963, for a concert, and on motion of Commissioner McDonald, seconded by Commissioner Baker and carried, same was denied.
