The City Commission of the City of San£ord, Florida, met in special session at the
City Attorney's o££ice in the City of Sanford, Florida, at 4:25 o'clock P. M. on December
1962.

Police Chie£ R. G. Williams
On motion of Commissioner McDonald~ seconded by Commissioner Higginbotham and
unamimously carried~ the Commission approved the Waiver of the requirement of the twenty
four hours written notice.
After consideration, Commissioner ~lcDonald moved to authorize an expenditure up to
$300.00 for fees and costs, exclusive of attorney fees, in the cases of H. L. Saxon, d/b/a
Saxon Termite Control vs. City of Sanford and Warren E. Knowtes.
Seconded by Co~missioner Baker and carried.
There being no further business, Commissioner Baker moved that the meeting adjourn.
Seconded by Commissioner McDonald and carried.
