The City Commission of the City of Sanford, Florida, met in special called
session at the City Commission Room at the City Hall in the City of Sanford, Florida,
at lO:O0 o'clock A. M. on April 17, 196#.
Present: Commissioner A. L. Wilson, Mayor

City Manager W. E. Knowles
City Clerk H. N. Tatum, Jr.
Absent: City Attorney Wm. C. Hutchison, Jr.
Police Chief R. G. Williams
The Chairman announced that the meeting had been called to consider repurchasing
property transferred to Lee Construction Company, described as Lots I through 5, Block l,
Tier 9, Victor Check's amended plat of E. R. Trafford's Map of Sanford.
Commissioner Baker moved to waive the requirement of a 24 hours Written notice
and to call the meeting into special session. Seconded by Commissioner Higginbotham and
carried by the unanimous vote of the Commission.
After consideration, Commissioner Higginbotham moved to purchase the aforesaid
property for $7,500.00. Seconded by Commissioner Raborn and carried.
There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned.
