The City Commission of the City of Sanford, Florida, met in special session at
the City Hall in the City of Sanford, Florida, at ll:O0 o'clock A. M. on February 17, 1965.
Present: Commissioner J. H. Crapps, Mayor

The meeting was called to order by the Chairman.
Joseph Ladonicski, Sam Lindstrom and General Meyer, representing the firm of Lunar
Engineering, Inc., appeared~requesting the City Commission to discuss with them.the price of
certain lots, located in the Industrial Park on Lake Monroe. After considerable discussion,
and on motion of Commissioner Higginbotham, seconded by Commissioner Baker and carried, the
Commissioner agreed to sell to the firm, subject to a non-speculative clause, lot No. 6 for
the price of $5,000.00, with an option for one year on lot No. 5 at a price of $10,000.00,
the option starting at the ti~e of purchase of lot No. 6 and expiring one year from that
date, said option then renewable for one additional year, options being at no cost to the
purchaser.
Commissioner Baker then moved to hold this offer open until the Commissio~meeting
of February 22, 1965, seconded by Commissioner Higginbotham and carried.
There being no further business, the meeting adjourned.
