The City Commission of the City of Sanford, Florida, met in regular session at
the City Hall in the City of Sanford, Florida, at 8:00 o'clock P. M. on December 12, 1966;
and due to the lack of a quor'~m, the meeting was adjourned until December 15, 1966, at
8:00 o'clock P. M.
