Commissioner Roberts shook his head to indicate that it did not. The question was called
and the vote was three affirmative and no dissenting votes. Therefore, the vote was
declared to be an election of Mayor Baker for the City of Sanford. Mayor Baker signed
the oath of office and took the chair.
There being no further business, the meeting adjourned.
