For your project we will provide two consecutive days of onsite training consisting of
sessions for your staff representatives on content editor training and for advanced
administrator functions including system configuration, system maintenance, reporting,
and strategies for future expansion. Please note that this onsite training will replace the
web -based training previously agreed upon in the Agreement referenced below.
The two consecutive days of onsite training will take place on August 13 to 14, 2012.

Addendum 92
This Addendum #2 ( "Addendum ") specifies additional work to the Vision Internet Providers Inc.
Piggyback Contract dated December 13, 2011 ( "Agreement "). City of Sanford ( "City ") desires
Vision Internet Providers, Inc. ( "Contractor ") to perform work specified in Enhancements #2,
attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference.
1. Price: Contractor agrees to perform work for $4,540.
A. City agrees to pay Contractor in full upon commencement of work.
2. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement shall remain in full force and effect.
