The City Comm~ sion of the City of'Sanford, Florida, met in Special Session in the
City Hall in the City of Sanford, Florida, at 12:00 o'clock NoOn on March 4, 1980.

The meeting was called to order by the Chairman.
Mr. John Fitzpatrick, Mr. Harold Hartsock and Mr. Roger Bowen, representing the
firm of Fitzpatrick and Hartsock, C.P.A., reveiwed and discussed the annual audit of. the fi-
nancial records of the City for the fiscal year ended September 30, 1979.
The Commission accepted the audit as submitted.
There being no further buSiness, the meeting was adjourned.
