The City Commission of the City of Sanford, Florida, met in Special Session in
the City Hall in the City of Sanford, Florida, at 4:00 o'clock P. M. on June 24, 1980.

Commissioner John G. Morris
Commissioner Julian L. Stenstrom
Commissioner David T. Fart
Commissioner Edwin O. Keith
City Manager W. E. Knowles

Absent: City Attorney C. Vernon Mize, Jr.
The meeting was called to order by the Chairman.
The City Commission considered the 80-81 budget as presented by the City Manager.
There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned.

In accordance with Florida Statute 99.012(2), you are
hereby notified of my resignation from the City Commission,
City of Sanford, effective no later than November 4, 1980.
Said resignation may become effective, subject to City
Attorney legal opinion of Section 2.06(c) of the City Charter,
on October 10, 1980. In any event, it is my intention to
comply with those provisions as set forth in the Florida
Statutes and the City Charter.
