FIRST AMENDMENT TO MEDIATED SETTLEMENT AGREEMENT

of AU , 2000, by the CITY OF SANFORD, a Florida municipal corporation,
hereina er called "CITY," and SEMINOLE CLUB, INC., a Florida corporation, hereinafter
called " SEMINOLE CLUB."
WHEREAS, the parties entered into a Mediated Settlement Agreement on May 11,
2000, relating to Circuit Court Case No. 98- 1113- CA -15 -B, which was approved by the City
Commission of the City of Sanford on May 22, 2000.
WHEREAS, the CITY has agreed to grant SEMINOLE CLUB additional time to
satisfy paragraph 1(f) of the Mediated Settlement Agreement regarding irrigation repairs.
NOW THEREFORE, In consideration of the foregoing and other good and valuable
considerations, and the mutual covenants herein contained, it is agreed as follows:
1. The CITY agrees that SEMINOLE CLUB shall have sixty (60) additional days
to complete its irrigation repairs required by paragraph 1(f) of the Mediated Settlement
Agreement dated May 11, 2000. The repairs must be completed on November 18, 2000,
or SEMINOLE CLUB will be in breach of said Agreement.
2. In all other respects, except as modified herein, the Mediated Settlement
Agreement dated May 11, 2000, shall remain in full force and effect.
