The City Commission of the City of Sanford, Florida, met in Special Session in the
City Manager's Conference Room at the City Hall in the City of Sanford., Florida, at
12:00 o'clock Noon on February 3, 1981.
Present:
Mayor-Commissioner Lee P. Moore
Commissioner Milton E. Smith
Commissioner Edward A. "Ned" Yancey
Commissioner David T. Farr
Con~nissioner Eddie O. Keith
City Manager W. E. Knowles.
City Clerk H. N. Tamm, Jr.
Absent: City Attorney William L. Colbert
The Chairman announced the purpose of the meeting was to consider the annual audit
performed by the firm of Fitzpatrick and Hartsock,~ C.P.A.
Mr. Harold Hartsock submitted a letter of comments as follows:

Dear Mr.. Mayor:
In connection with the annual examination of the Financial Statement of
the City of Sanford, for the year ended September 30, 1980, we wish to report
that we have found no significant departures from municipal accounting
procedures, inaccuracies, or unrecorded financial transactions.
Our tests indicate no improper expenditures.

Our tests indicate the City's books comply with procedures and ordinances
adopted by the municipality.
