The City Commission of the City of Sanford, Florida, met in Special Session in
the City Manager's Confemence Room in the City Hall in the City of Sanford, Florida, at
12:00 noon on February 12, 1982.

The meeting was called to order by the Chairman.
Harold G. Hartsock, C.P.A. and Libby Voltoline of the firm of Fitzpatrick and
Hartsock, C.P.A'.s, appeared to present their audit of the City's records for the fiscal
year ended September 30, 1981, and submit a management letter in accordance with Chapter
10.500 FS, Rules of the Auditor General.
The Mayor acknowledged that there were no negative remarks in the Audit, nor in
the letter.
There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned.
