The City Commission of the City of Sanford, Florida, met in Special Session in the
City Manager's Conference Room in the City Hall in the City of Sanford, Florida, at 12:00
o'clock Noon on March 6, 1984.

The meeting was called to order by the Chairman.
Harold Hartsock and Rick Mann of the firm of Hartsock and Hartsock, C.P.A.,
Auditors for the City, appeared to present their Audit of the City financial records for the
fiscal year ended September 30, 1983.
Mr. Hartsock pointed out that the Sanford Airport Authority operation was included
in the Audit in accordance with Chapter 10.550, Rules of the Attorney General.
Also, the vested benefits for accrued sick leave were included in the enterprise
funds.
Mr. Hartsock further stated the records were well kept, the Staff cooperative and
no audit problems were encountered.
The Commission accepted the report.
The Mayor submitted that the City and Lake Mary undertake to consider a basis for
future planning through cooperative effort by using the long view to solve a common water
problem. Same was held for the regular meeting at which all Commissioners and the City
Manager are in attendance.
There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned.
