The City Commission of the City of Sanford, Florida, met in Special Session in the
City hall in the City of Lake Mary, Florida, at 5:30 P. M. on June 27, 1984.

Commissioner Edward A. Yancey
Commissioner David T. Farr
Commissioner Edwin O. Keith
City Attorney William L. Colbert
City Manager W. E. Knowles
City Clerk H. N. Tamm, Jr.
Mayor Walter Sorenson
Commissioner Colin Keogh
Commissioner Harry Terry
Commissioner Kenneth King
City Manager Kathy Rice
City Attorney Robert Marks
City Clerk Cathy Edwards

Mayor Sorenson announced that the purpose of the joint meeting was to consider a
new contract for the City of Sanford to furnish water to the City of Lake Mary.
Sanford City Attorney William Colbert stated he had prepared the contract to
basically follow the present contract and had submitted a copy to Lake Mary's Acting City
Attorney Robert Marks.
After considerable discussion, the Commissions of each City agreed to authorize
the two City Attorneys to meet to work out differences.
There being no further discussion, the meeting was adjourned.
