The City Commission of the City of Sanford, Florida, met in Special Session in the
City Manager's ConferenCe Room in the City Hall in the City of Sanford, Florida, at
4:00 o'clock P. M. on July 11, 1984.
Present: Mayor-Commissioner Lee P. Moore
Commissioner Milton E. Smith
Commissioner Edward A. Yancey
Commissioner David T. Farr
Commissioner Edwin O· Keith
City Manager W. E. Knowles
City Clerk H. N. Tamm, Jr.
Absent: City Attorney William L. Colbert
The meeting was called to order by the Chairman.
The City Commission continued consideration of the 1984-85 Budget as submitted by
the City Manager.
The Mayor announced that the adoption of a proposed budget will be considered at
the Regular Meeting of July 23, 1984.
There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned./~/-7
