The City Commission of the City of Sanford, Florida, met in Special Session in the
City Manager's Conference Room in the City Hall in the City of Sanford, Florida, at 4:00
o'clock P. M. on March 5, 1985.

Mayor-Commissioner Bettye D. Smith
Commissioner John Y. Mercer
Commissioner Milton E. Smith
Commissioner David T. Farr
Commissioner Bob Thomas
City Clerk H. N. Tamm, Jr.
City Attorney William L. Colbert
City Manager W. E. Knowles
The Mayor announced that the meeting had been called to interview Mr. Alan Tandy,
Gillette, Wyoming, who had been invited as one of the five persons selected from the
applicants for the position of City Manager for the City of Sanford.
Mr. Tandy appeared to discuss his education qualifications and professional
experience background, and answer inquiries from the City Commission.
There being no further business~ the meeting was adjourned.
