Meeting called to order by the Chairman.
Thereupon the Commission proceeded to canvass the returns of

the Municipal General Election
held November 7, 1950, for the purpose of electing two City Commissioners for terms of three
years each, commencing on the first Tuesday after the first Monday in January, 1951, as made
by the Clerk and Inspectors of said election;

For John S. Krider, Sr.
For Sam A. Martina, Jr.
FOR CITY COMMISSIONER - GROUP NO. 2
For Randall Chase
For John D. Ivey

Commissioner Krider then moved that the returns of the Clerk and Inspectors of the General
Election held November 7, 1950, be accepted.
Seconded by CommissioEr Dyson and carried. Commissioner Chase refrained from voting be-
cause of the possibility of human error having been made in counting the ballots but stated
that he would accept the returns of the election officials.
On motion of Commissioner Stemper, seconded by Commissioner Dyson and carried, the Com-
mission next authorized payment at rate of $1.00 per hour to each of the Inspectors and Clerk
of the aforesaid election.
There being no further business the meeting adJourend.
