The City Commission of the City of Sanford, Florida, met in WOrkshop Session in
the Sanford Airport Restaurant, Terminal Building, Airline Avenue at the Sanford Airport in
the City of Sanford, Florida, at 12:41 o'clock P. M. on August 5, 1986.

The meeting was called to order by the Chairman.
The Mayor announced that the joint meeting had been called to discuss the
feasibility of the City utilizing the pool facilities at the Airport.
Commissioner Thomas stated he had pondered the cost of renovations of this pool
and the location and would not want it and urged the consideration of a more centrally
located area.
After further discussion, the Mayor inquired if there was a need to pursue the
utilization of these pool facilities and no one voiced support to continue same.
The Mayor extended the City's appreciation for the cooperation from the Airport
Authority Board and their officials.
There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned.
