the City Hall in the City of Sanford, Florida, at 7:00 o'clock P. M. on January 11, 1988.

Hassan A. Mokhberi appeared to speak in favor of the rezoning.
Jay Marder, City Planner appeared and explained Planning and Zoning Commission
recommends denial of the request to rezone, concerned about developing in the wetland area.
Commissioner McClanahan moved to table said public hearing to February 22, 1988
to allow applicant to meet with staff and furnish information to document that the property
is not a wetland area. Seconded by Commissioner Thomas and carried by the vote of the
Commission as follows:
