Commissioner Thomas moved authorize staff and the City Attorney to proceed with
the purchase of Lot 22, Sanford Central Park in the amount of $99,000 in accordance with
option contract and authorized payment of appraisal to the John Sauls Agency in the amount
of $500, and further, to authorize payment of $90,000 from the Public Projects fund and
transfer of $12,000 from Fire Department Account No. 2-01-20719-6 to Account No.
2-01-30611-5 to provide the balance of the purchase price, appraisal documentary stamps,
