M. on December 12, 1988. Present: Mayor-Commissioner Bettye D. Smith Commissioner Whitey Eckstein Commissioner John Y. Mercer Commissioner Robert Thomas Commissioner A. A. Les Sisson, Plant Manager of NCR and Chairman for the Seminole County Division of United Way appeared with Bob Walko of United Way presented a plaque to Mayor Smith on behalf of the employees of the City for an excellent job with a 20% increase in donations from last year. Gretchen Mason and Althea Parrish received awards for-their outstanding performance in assistance with donations. The City shall mail information concerning the reclaimed water program and a subscription form to all utility system customers, and customers to promptly submit agreeing to utilize reclaimed shall encourage all subscription forms water for irrigation, when available in their neighborhoods. Based on the receipt of executed reclaimed water subscription petitions, the City will plan the installation of distribution mains in various parts of the City. Priority will be given to planning and installation of reclaimed water mains in neighborhoods where the ratio cf subscriptions received to total properties is the h~.ghest.
