The City Commission of the City of Sanford, Florida, met in Workshop Session in
the City Manager's Conference Room of the City Hall in the City of Sanford, Florida, at 4:00
o'clock P. M. on March 6, 1989.

The meeting was called to order by the Chairman.
The Chairman announced that the subject for this workshop would be a
discussion of short and long term goals for the City of Sanford. She stated that it would
be a very informal meeting, with input from all Commissioners and staff present regarding
the strengths and weaknesses of the City of Sanford. The following STRENGTHS were listed as
ASSETS of the City, together with WEAKNESSES listed as LIABILITIES:
