038 Boys & Girls Club-09/17/03AGREEMENT EXTENSION
THIS CONTRACT EXTENSION made this day o WAD. 2003, extends the
Agreement dated the 15th day of October A.D. 2003, by and between the CITY OF SANFORD
and the BOYS & GIRLS CLUB OF CENTRAL FLORIDA, INC.
WITNESSETH: -
TERM. The purpose of this Agreement Extension is to extend the term of the original
Contract now being extended which expired at midnight on October 15, 2003. The term of this
Agreement is extended for twelve (12) months to expire at midnight on October 15, 2004. Under
this extension, both the CITY OF SANFORD and BOYS & GIRLS CLUB OF CENTRAL
FLORIDA, INC., have the right to cancel this Agreement any time during the extended term by
providing Ninety (90) days written notice of such intention. Such notice shall be provided as
specified in Section 2 of the original Agreement. All other provisions of the revised Agreement
between the CITY OF SANFORD and BOYS & GIRLS CLUB OF CENTRAL FLORIDA, INC.
dated June 28, 1995, shall remain in effect.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties have hereunder set their hands and seals to this
