Dear Ms. Mosca:
It is with great pleasure to inform you that the development of your new site,
www.sanfordfl.gov (the "Website ") was completed on October 8, 2012 and
the Website is now active. This will confirm that City of Sanford has accepted
the Website in its "as is" condition and that Vision Internet's obligations
under the Vision Internet Providers Inc. Piggyback Contract dated December
13, 2012 (the "Agreement "), with regard to Website Development Services
have been fully performed.
Pursuant to the Agreement, we will provide three months of free Website
maintenance for up to five hours per month starting on October 9, 2012. Any
work in addition to the maintenance hours referenced above (such as design
modifications, programming or additional changes to the Website) will be
performed by Vision Internet at your request, and will be billed at Vision
Internet's prevailing rates. Additionally, per the Agreement, we are providing
a Limited Warranty, which commenced on October 8, 2012 and will end
October 7, 2013.
It has been a pleasure being of service to City of Sanford and we look forward
to continuing the relationship. In the event that your understanding of the
matters discussed above is to the contrary, please advise me in writing of the
same within five days of this letter.
Again, thank you very much for this opportunity of working together. We are
very happy that you are pleased with our work. We look forward to working
together for many years to come.
