The City Commission of the City of Sanford, Florida met in Special Meeting on
Wednesday, October 9, 1991 at 11:30 o'clock A.M. in the City Commission Room, City Hall,
Sanford, Florida.

The Chairman called the meeting to order to receive the Certificate of Results of
the Municipal Bond Referendum Election on October 8, 1991, for the purpose of building
Recreational Facilities, and stated that the absentee ballots were counted at 7:09 o'clock
P.M. on October 8, 1991. ~
The Certificate of Results for the Municipal Bond Referendum Election held on
October 8, 1991 was received by the City Clerk and the City Commission and recOrded as
follows:

Municipal Bond Referendum Election.
Commissioner McClanahan moved to authorize payment in amount of $60.00 to
Inspectors, and $70.00 to the Clerk, plus $.70 for mileage, for work in the October 8, 1991
Seconded by Commissioner Thomas and carried by the vote
of the Commission as follows:
