TEMPORARY COURTESY LEASE
This Temporary lease is between Featherlite Luxury Coaches.
4441 Orange Blvd. Sanford, FL 32771
And City of Sanford
200 N. Park Ave. Sanford, FL 32771
For the period of 1 year (12 Months) Starting June 1, 2005, Ending May 31, 2006.
As a Courtesy Lease for ZERO DOLLARS ($0)
On one 2005 Featherlite model 4926 -8624 enclosed trailer VINAFGA424225C079817
For use by the Sanford Police Dept. to transport motorcycles
The City of Sanford, will provide at their expense insurance covering.
Physical Damage, and Auto Liability on said trailer
Listing Featherlite Luxury Coaches 4441 Orange Blvd. Sanford, FL 32771
As Loss Payee. In the amount of $13,300.00
Lessee to provide, all normal preventative maintenance. Including the care and cleaning.
And return the trailer at the end of the lease period in good condition
Subject to normal wear and tear.
And agrees to return the unit at the end of the lease period free of any damage.
Subject to normal wear and tear.
Except for normal expected wear for the period used.
Any warranty issues will be the responsibility of Featherlite Luxury Coaches and
Featherlite 1 -4 Trailers.
In Addition to the trailer, Featherlite Luxury Coaches is providing the following items:
License Plate with Featherlite Luxury Coaches as owner. And The City of Sanford as the lessee
6 Custom Wheel Chocks
75 ft. of airline tracking installed in the trailer.
36 ring type fasteners
36 ratchet straps
36 soft ties to attach straps to the motorcycles
These items are part of the lease. And must be returned to Featherlite Luxury Coaches
upon termination of this lease.
This lease may be terminated prior to said expiration date by either party
with a 30 (thirty) Day written notice.
