Sanford, Florida, Seminole County, Florida, for and in consideration
to me in nand paid by Hugh C. Whelchel, have this day sold, assigned,
transferred, set over and delivered, and by these presents do hereby
sell, assign, transfer, set over and deliver unto the said Hugh C.
ahelchel all of my right, title and interest in and to that certain
nine -nine year lease dated the 11th day of October, A. D., 1 made
and entered into by and between City of Sanford, Florida, a municipal
corpor -.tio, and Hugh C. Whelchel and J. A. Ponder, hereby giving and
granting unto the said Hugh C. Whelchel the right to demand and
receive of and from City of S Florida, all of the rights, bene-
fits and emoluments arising from said Lease.
