The City Commission of the City of Sanford, Florida met in Work Session on Tuesday,
July 7, 1992 at 4:00 o'clock P.M. in the City Manager's Conference Room, City Hall, Sanford,
Florida.

Continuation of review of City Manager's Droposed FY 92/93 Budget.

City Manager reported that the Commuter Rail Authority has requested a financial
contribution in amount of $5,000.00. The Commission concurred to deny said request, like all
other similar requests.
After review and discussion concluded, the consensus of the Commission was to
accept City Manager's proposed FY 92/93 Budget as presented.
Request from Jim Bagley, for Conditional Use Permit for property located at 414 South
Palmetto Avenue, for re-establishment of Multiple-Family use within a SR-1, Single-Family,
Zoning District, Agenda Item No. 3 (July 13, 1992 Regular Meeting). Jim Bagley, owner, was
present.
City Manager reviewed possible alternatives, as described in memo dated June 24,
1992, from Director of Planning and Development.
After discussion, the Commission directed Staff/City Attorney to provide
clarification of dwelling unit definitions, and information regarding other requests for
same.
There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned.
