Presentation/discussion regarding Joint Seminole County School Board-County Commission
Complex in Downtown Sanford.
Members of the Sanford City Commission, the Seminole County Commission, and the
School Board discussed the findings and recommendations of the Building Program Working
Committee, as outlined in said committee's report dated November 1, 1993, and various
alternatives/options to facilitate a joint Seminole County School Board-County Commission
Complex. [Nancy Warren joined the meeting.] After discussion, all concurred that two City
representatives join the Building Program Working Committee with Dianne Kramer and Sharon
Goode Laisure, that the City pursue land acquisition with Jeno Paulucci, while the County
addresses the parking issue. Also, the Sanford City Commission, the Seminole County
Commission, and the Seminole County School Board Members will meet in joint work session on
December 13, 1993, at 3:30 P.M., in the City Commission Room, First Floor, City Hall,
