The City Commission of the City of Sanford, Florida, met in Budget Work Session on
Tuesday, June 28, 1994, at 3:00 o'clock P.M. in the City Manager's Conference Room, City
Hall, Sanford, Florida.

The Chairman called the meeting to order.
Review of City Manager's proposed FY 94/95 Budget.
The City Manager reported one minor change in the Budget Message: Page 5, estimated
rolled back millage is now 6.565 instead of 6.8647.

Additional Personnel/Safety Coordinator.
(Mayor Smith briefly left the meeting, then returned.)
UTILITIES - Joint Meter Reading Agreement with Florida Power and Light.
After review and discussion was concluded, the consensus of the City Commission was
to accept City Manager's proposed FY 94/95 Budget, as presented, and to recognize City
Manager William Simmons' job performance with a 3% merit pay increase, effective immediately.
There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned.
