Emory Green, Jr., representing his parents Emory and Gladys Green, presented a copy of information regarding
1612 Peach Avenue: Satisfaction of Lien #02085, Satisfaction of Lien #95001, Affidavit of Compliance for Case # 99-556,
a worksheet after sale, and a copy of a check in the amount of $12,545.82 payable to the City of Sanford for outstanding liens.
He said that they had no prior knowledge of the Code Enforcement Fine before they purchased the property.
In order for factual information to be provided to assist in a clear understanding, Vice Mayor Williams moved
to continue this item for two weeks. Seconded by Commissioner Jones and carried by vote of the Commission as follows:
