Mayor Kuhn called the Work Session to order at 5:04 PM.
1) Presentation of April 2006 Employee of the Month Award to Larry Piediscalzo, Firefighter/Paramedic.
2) Discussion re: Midway-Canaan Community Water Association utility bill debt. [Commission Memo 06-280]
There was a consensus of the Commission to accept the action plan by Midway Canaan Community Water
Association, and to allow a three month period to evaluate the effectiveness of the plan.
3) Presentation of Consultant Study of Building Heights on Hwy. 17-92. [Commission Memo 06-285]
Kevin Fall, US 17-92 Regional Planning Agency Coordinator, distributed and discussed the Study, and asked
that the Commission provide comments to City Manager Yehl.
