[Commission Memo 06-370] Commissioner Bridges moved to reduce the fine to $20 per day for a total fine of$4,480; reduce the demolition lien to $1,500; and charge the full $632.32 for the six lot mowings; resulting in a total amount owed to the City of$6,612.32 plus 8% interest which is to be paid at the time of legal transfer of the property from the church to any third party purchaser or entity other than the fee simple owner of the property that exists on the public records at this time, with this motion being ratified and approved only if the City does not have to do any self execution of maintenance or upkeep on the site.
