CLOSING TO PUBLI C TRAFFI C TH.AT CERTAIN ALLEY
RUNNING EAST AND WEST BETWEEN SANFORD AVENUE
AND PALMETTO AVENUE IN BLOCK J OF N. H. GAR-
NER'S ADDITION TO YiARKHAM PARK HEIGHTS, EXCEPT
THE PORTION THEREOF COMPRISED OF Iirs INTER-
SECTION WITH AN ALLEY RUNNING NORTH .AND SOUTH
THROUGH SAID BLOCK J, THE RIGHT TO USE SAID
ALLEY FOR SEWERAGE OR OTHER PUBLIC PURPOSES
AND 'rHE RIGHT TO REPEAL THIS ORDINANCE BEING

BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1. That that certain alley running East and
West between Sanford Avenue and Palmetto Avenue in Block J of
N. H. Garner's Addition to Markham Park Heights, according to

plat thereof of record in Plat Book 1, page 81 of the public
records of Seminole County, Florida, except the portion thereof

comprised of its intersection with an alley running North and
South through said Block J, be and the same is hereby closed
to public traffic.
SECTION 2. That the right to use said alley for
sewerage or other pUblic purposes and to repeal this ordinance
is hereby reserved by the City, and when the City desires to

in conflict herewith, be and the same are hereby repealed.
SECTION 4. That this ordinance shall become effective
