AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD,
FLORIDA REGULATING THE PARKING OF MOTOR
VEHICLES ON PARK AVENUE IN SAID CITY,
REQUIRING PARALLEL PARKING THEREOF AND
PROVIDING A PENALTY OF THE VIOLATION OF
THE PROVISIONS OF THIS ORDINANCE
BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, EkORIDA.
section 1.
That all persons desiring to park any motor vehicle on
Park Avenue in the City of Sanford, Florida between SOminole
Boulevard on the North and the corporate limits of the City
on the South shall only park such motor vehicles parallel to
the curb of said Park Avenue and not mOre than one foot from
the curb.
Section 2.
That any person violating the provisions of Section 1
hereof shall be punished by a fine of not more than $200.00
or by imprisonment for not more than ninety days or by both
fine and imprisonment at the discretion of the municipal
judge.
Seetion 3.
That all ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith be and the same are hereby repealed.
Section 4.
That this ordinanoe shall became effective immediately
upon its passage and adoption.
Section 5.
Passed and Adopted
