Section 1. That tlJe portions.)f the alleys in Celery
Avenue ~ddition, Sanford, Florida, according to plat thereof
of record in Plat Book 1, paCe 126, of the public records of
Seminole COWlty, Florida, that are embraced in San Lanta,
Sanford, Florida, according to plat thereof of record in
Plat Book 3, page 80, of the public records of Seminole
County, Florida, be and the same are hereby vacated, closed
and abandoned as public alleys of the City of Sanford, Florida.
Section 2. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith be and the sallie are hereby ~~
Section 3. 'rhat this ordinance shall become effective
i~nediately upon its passage and adoption.
